Team Expertise

Eric Horwitz, the founder of Clinic Assist, brings 14 years of entrepreneurial experience, having built businesses from the ground up to eight-figure revenues with exceptional profit margins.  Eric’s other venture, LIFT Enrichment (www.liftenrichment.com), empowers kids to learn cooking and has grown to a team of 230 staff members.  After entering the dental world in 2023, Eric has focused on helping dentists improve their businesses, bringing his proven track record of success to the UAE market.  As Eric likes to say, “The riches are in the niches" and clinics enjoy his focus on dental success.

Crystal May is a dental consultant with over 19 years of experience managing dental practices and ensuring exceptional patient care. 

Paula Van Aarde is the Executive Assistant who organizes Eric’s calendar, travel, client communication, marketing, social media setup, and more. She resides in Namibia.

Remote Treatment Coordinators: These are the HIPAA-certified in-house team members who are trained to serve each client individually, ensuring high-quality patient follow-up and support.
